This wine has been named in honour of our grandmothers Mollie and Merle. The grape variety Verdelho has been grown in Langhorne Creek for over 150 years.
Produced from 100% estate grown fruit, the Racy Rose is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz picked when the flavour profile and ripeness is perfect for the savoury dry style we are aiming for.
The wine is named after the co-founder of Bremerton, Craig Hamilton Willson (CHW) and the first vintage was released in honour of him on his 60th birthday.
Graciano is a Spanish wine grape variety that is grown primarily in northern Spain. Graciano is traditionally used in blends with Tempranillo, but we couldn’t resist showing the beauty of Graciano as a single varietal.
Tempranillo is the backbone grape variety in Northern and Central Spain. Graciano is a grape variety that is used mostly in blends with Tempranillo providing lifted florals, spice and acid balance.
Malbec, a variety once popular in France, is now mostly associated with countries such as Argentina and regions in South West France. Langhorne Creek has a long history with Malbec and the climate is exceptionally well suited.
Winemaking experimentation and a passion for Malbec have led to the development and release of this wine. This 2018 Shiraz Malbec is a selection of premium fruit sourced from our vineyards at Bremerton.
The 2015 Walter’s Reserve Cabernet is a powerful yet elegant wine, showing gorgeous varietal notes of blackberry, bramble and earth, complemented by subtle influences of chocolate and savoury nuances.
Our philosophy of ensuring separate fermentation and oak maturation of our wines reveals to us many amazing small parcels of wine which are nurtured and tasted, and often end up as secret favourites!
In an interesting twist the juice to make our Mistelle is from the same batch of Chardonnay that was used to make our inaugural "Wiggy" sparkling Chardonnay. The result is a complex and developed, luscious dessert style wine.
'Ciel' is French for heaven which best describes this mouth filling fortified dessert style wine. Originating from an unusual 1992 season, this is a delicious sweet dessert style wine.
