In an interesting twist the juice to make our Mistelle is from the same batch of Chardonnay that was used to make our inaugural "Wiggy" sparkling Chardonnay. The result is a complex and developed, luscious dessert style wine.
This sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir is named after our grandmother Merle “Dulcie” Spry also affectionately known as Granny Cookie.
Named after our mum , Mignonne "Wiggy" Willson. This sparkling wine has been made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay using the traditional bottle fermentation method.
The wine is named after the co-founder of Bremerton, Craig Hamilton Willson (CHW) and the first vintage was released in honour of him on his 60th birthday.
'Ciel' is French for heaven which best describes this mouth filling fortified dessert style wine. Originating from an unusual 1992 season, this is a delicious sweet dessert style wine.
