This sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir is named after our grandmother Merle “Dulcie” Spry also affectionately known as Granny Cookie.

Named after our mum , Mignonne "Wiggy" Willson. This sparkling wine has been made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay using the traditional bottle fermentation method.

The 2024 Bremerton Moscato has fragrant delicate aromatics, rosewater, citrus and white florals. 

A wine who’s name is quite simply derived from the nicknames we (Rebecca and Lucy Willson) have always called each other!

This wine has been named in honour of our grandmothers Mollie and Merle.  The grape variety Verdelho has been grown in Langhorne Creek for over 150 years.

Fiano is a white Italian wine grape variety that is grown primarily in Southern Italy and on the island of Sicily.

Vermentino is widely planted in the Mediterranean islands of Sardinia and Corsica.  The 2023 Bremerton Vermentino has personality and texture.

The 2023 Chardonnay is a single vineyard selection of premium fruit sourced from our vineyards at Bremerton. 

 

The wine is named after the co-founder of Bremerton, Craig Hamilton Willson (CHW) and the first vintage was released in honour of him on his 60th birthday.

The Racy Rose's fruit is picked when the flavour profile and ripeness is perfect for the savoury dry style we are aiming for.
 

Graciano is a Spanish wine grape variety that is grown primarily in northern Spain.  Graciano is traditionally used in blends with Tempranillo, but we couldn’t resist showing the beauty of Graciano as a single varietal.

Grenache (garnacha) is one of the most widely planted red grape varietals in the world. It originates from Spain, but is also prominent in Southern France and South Australia.

Mourvèdre is a Spanish and French variety which is becoming more popular in Australia. In Spain the variety is known as Monastrell, it was also known as Mataro in Australia.

The family name ‘Tamblyn’ is in recognition of our grandmother’s ancestors who migrated to Australia from Cornwall, England.

Lagrein is a red wine grape variety native to the valleys in northern Italy.

Malbec, mostly associated with Argentina and regions in South West France, Langhorne Creek has a long history with Malbec and the climate is exceptionally well suited.

 

The name Coulthard is in recognition of our ancestors who arrived in South Australia from England aboard The HMS Buffalo in 1836.

Tempranillo is the backbone grape variety in Northern and Central Spain. Graciano is a grape variety that is used mostly in blends with Tempranillo providing lifted florals, spice and acid balance.

Our long term sustainable vision has seen us experimenting with making wine without preservatives for a number of years.  This has resulted in this second release of Shiraz with no added preservative. 

The name “Selkirk” is in recognition of our Grandfather’s heritage. This Scottish border town was the ancestral home of the Willson family.

Winemaking experimentation and a passion for Malbec have led to the development and release of this wine, made using a selection of premium fruit sourced from our vineyards at Bremerton.

This limited release Shiraz is a result of fastidious  vineyard, batch and barrel selection.

The 2020 Walter’s Reserve Cabernet is a powerful yet elegant wine, showing gorgeous varietal notes of blackberry, bramble and earth, complemented by subtle influences of chocolate and savoury nuances.

In an interesting twist the juice to make our Mistelle is from the same batch of Chardonnay that was used to make our inaugural "Wiggy" sparkling Chardonnay. The result is a complex and developed, luscious dessert style wine.

'Ciel' is French for heaven which best describes this mouth filling fortified dessert style wine. Originating from an unusual 1992 season, this is a delicious sweet dessert style wine.

It is made in a classic London Dry style.
