The Old Adam is a combination of parcels of wine from the best blocks of shiraz from our vineyards. These vineyards are influenced by the temperate micro climate of warm days, cool evenings and dry conditions which prevail in Langhorne Creek during the ripening season.
The 2017 season is an excellent example of premium Langhorne Creek shiraz, showing intensity of rich fruit flavours and elegant intergrated oak, providing a delicious well structured complex wine. Every vintage, each parcel of shiraz is assessed and the most outstanding are nurtured to complete 22 months maturation before being blended to create the Old Adam. This maintains the quality, distinction and reputation of this fine wine
