The perfect growing season of 2014 has allowed us to capture the true varietal characteristics of both Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho. It is a zesty wine providing lifted ripe fruit aromas balanced by a palate displaying a touch of citrus with clean acid structure and a crisp refreshing finish.
After crushing, the free run juice was drained, cooled and allowed to settle. The juice was then racked off lees and inoculated with yeast for a long, cool ferment. Following this, the separate fermentation parcels were tasted and blended. The wine was then filtered and bottled with no oak influence.
The wine is made to drink at a young age.
