Winemaking experimentation and a passion for Malbec have led to the development and release of this wine. This 2021 Shiraz Malbec is a selection of premium fruit sourced from our vineyards at Bremerton.
The nose shows lifted violet and spice, complemented by a palate showing purity of varietal fruit. This red fruit and white spice is balanced by the structural complexity of fine French oak and a textural finish.
CELLARING
Delicious to drink now, however it will develop more complexity with age.
