VERDELHO

When we started Bremerton Wines we were passionate about using 100% regional Langhorne Creek fruit. Having been grown in the area for over 150 years, it seemed logical that one of the whites we produce should be Verdelho.

A lifted wine with vibrant tropical fruit aromas and a palate that shows subtle pear flavours with a touch of citrus giving the wine mid‐palate complexity. It's complimented by a soft acid structure and a lingering finish that will please most palates - a delightfully fresh wine.

The Verdelho is made using only free run juice, and minimal skin contact prior to ferment. This has given expression to primary fruit characters. There is a combination of several fermentation parcels picked at varying ripeness levels providing added depth and complexity to the flavour profile. No oak was used in the production of this wine.

CELLARING
The wine is made to drink young to enjoy the primary fruit characters.
