TAMBLYN

The family name "Tamblyn" is in recognition of our grandmother's ancestors who migrated to Australia from Cornwall, England.

The concept behind the 'Tamblyn' blend was developed when we decided we wanted to craft a wine that people were able to appreciate that night or cellar for a few years. We have blended a complex flavoured wine by utilising the characters of each of the varieties, at the same time achieving a soft well rounded approachable palate structure.

Tamblyn was fermented in open top fermenters allowing maximum extraction of colour and flavour. The wine was matured in new, one & two year old French and American barriques (225L) for 19 months prior to blending and bottling.
