SAUVIGNON BLANC
This wine is produced using fruit from our own Langhorne Creek vineyards.
The cool growing season in 2011 provided the ultimate ripening conditions for developing and capturing the true varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc.
This fresh zesty example of Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of fresh grass and citrus with a crisp refreshing palate that is complimented by lovely mouth-watering acidity.
This Sauvignon Blanc has been made predominatly from fruit grown on our three Langhorne Creek vineyards, which has captured the true characteristics of this variety. The wine is made for enjoyment, drink young and chilled with friends.
After pressing, the free run juice was cold settled before being racked and fermented under cool conditions. Separate parcels were then carefully blended to create a balanced and refreshing 'drink now' style of Sauvignon Blanc.
