Produced entirely from estate grown fruit, the 2011 Racy Rosé is 100% Shiraz.
The lively pink hue of this wine reflects the lifted fruit aromas of fresh strawberries and cream. On the palate the wine is racy and moreish, with bright berry flavours a textural palate weight complimented by a refreshing dry finish.
The dry finish to the wine opens itself up to a wide range of food pairings, including Mediterranean shared platters, seafood, light pasta dishes etc....
