SPECIAL RELEASE MALBEC
This limited release Malbec is from an outstanding parcel of estate grown Malbec grapes that captured our attention from the moment they were delivered to the winery. From that day these parcels have been kept separate, nurtured and lees stirred to complete the palate depth.
Malbec has a long history in Langhorne Creek and was the first dry red table wine produced here. The wine shows an intense perfumed aroma of violets and spice with a bramble lift. On the palate, the wine is rich and fleshy with fine tannins.
We chose to mature this Malbec wine for 18 months in a mixture of new and old Hungarian oak barrels with a proportion matured on yeast lees to give the wine added structure as well as delicious spicy notes. YUM!

Drink now or cellar 3-5 years.
