SPECIAL RELEASE MOURVEDRE
This small batch of Mourvedre grapes captured our attention this year. Mourvedre is also refered to as mataro and historically has been successfully used in rhone style blends.
The resultant wine is aromatic with a superb blend of Langhorne Creek’s earthy, savory notes and spice with dark fruit juiciness. It is made to be enjoyed at anytime, but we do believe with its fine tannins that this wine will age elegantly.
Having been meticulously hand selected, this parcel was fermented in small vessels for optimum flavor extraction.
