On the nose this wine shows lifted lemon citrus with hints of cashew and nougat. The palate is showing a varietal fruit purity, supported by a complexity achieved through the careful use of fine French oak. This generosity on the palate is tempered by a fine acid structure and textural finish giving the wine great persistence.
The Old Adam Shiraz represents the pinnacle of Langhorne Creek Shiraz and sits comfortably next to some of the best examples of the variety in Australia and the world. It show intensity of rich fruit flavours and elegant integrated oak, providing a delicious, well structured, complex wine that will benefit from careful cellaring.
This Reserve wine is blended from a selection of our best barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon. It shows a core complexity of fruit ripeness complimented by brooding earth and chocolate notes. Its refined tannin structure provides us with an elegant textural wine that can be appreciated now or cellared.
Having managed to separate the most enticing parcels that have captured our attention either through uniqueness or pure wine quality, the B.O.V. label has evolved. It shows a complex array of soft, plush fruit swathed in a cocoon of mocha and vanilla oak.

The Verdelho was made using only free run juice, and minimal skin contact prior to ferment. This has given expression to primary fruit characters and created a delightfully fresh wine. Try with anything from fresh oysters to chicken curry.
Racy Rosé is fun, vibrant pink, light and full of fruit, showing lifted crushed strawberry and watermelon characteristics. The palate is vibrant and racy with a sweet cherry finish. Perfect for alfresco drinking on a warm sunny day.
The four outstanding varieties all grown in Langhorne Creek have been blended to provide us with a generous and well balanced wine showing lifted violet and ripe cherry aromas, rich mouth filling cassis fruit, complementing soft well integrated tannins and a flavoursome savoury lingering finish.
The Shiaz has a complex, well-balanced palate structure and a persistant finish that enhances the rich flavours of ripe berry fruit with touches of spice. The Selkirk matches well with Mediterranean foods, cheeses, red meat and game.
Our third release sparkling wine in the traditional 'Methode Champenoise' method is 100% Chardonnay and has had three years lees maturation. The wine shows a fine bead with a subtle yeast characteristic, providing a middle palate richness with a refreshing touch of citrus complimenting the dry finish.
This wine shows delicate aromas of candied lemon peel and grapefurit, intermingled with nashy pears and delicate floral notes. The citrus characters intensify on the pallet, exhibiting a generosity and smoothness that lingers and persists in your mouth with a clean, crisp finish.
Made using the traditional "Methode Champenoise" method. It is 100% estate grown Shiraz from Block 4A. The wine shows a fine bead with a mouthfilling middle palate richness, typical of Langhorne Creek Shiraz. The wine is named after the co-founder of Bremerton, Craig Hamilton Willson (CHW) and released in honour of him on his 60th Birthday.
This wine shows an intense perfumed aroma of violets and spice with a bramble lift. On the palate, the wine is rich and fleshy with fine tannin to provide structure resulting in a supple mouth feel and generous length.
This wine is the result of having access to a great parcel of wine that shows the alluring Mourvedre varietal characteristics. The resultant wine is aromatic with a superb blend of Langhorne Creek's earthy, savoury notes and spice with dark fruit juiciness. It is made to be enjoyed at anytime, but we do believe with its fine tannins that this wine will age elegantly.
The wine displays a lifted savoury aromatic profile, with a full-bodied long textural palate showing rich, ripe dark fruit notes supported by varietal herbal undertones. It will develop with bottle maturation or due to the fine tannin structure can be savoured sooner. Matches well with pasta, red meat or cheese.
'Ciel' is French for heaven which best describes this mouth filling fortified dessert style wine. Originating from an unusual 1992 season, the Chenin Blanc fruit became botrytis infected leaving only one choice - to make a sweet dessert style wine. The 1992 vintage still forms the base for "Ciel". This base wine has been blended and freshened with fortified late picked Verdelho from our own vineyards that has been barrel matured.
In an interesting twist the juice to make our Mistelle is from the same batch of Chardonnay that was used to make our inaugural "Wiggy" sparkling Chardonnay. The result is a complex and developed, luscious dessert style wine.
Our Fortified Shiraz hails from the 1996 Vintage. We were able to secure a luxurious parcel of very ripe shiraz grapes to make this delicious tawny port style wine.
There is a minimum purchase of 6 bottles per order which can be mixed.
